We used The String Bean Catering for our wedding and the food was great! We had a crisis 6 weeks before our wedding, lost our caterer, and The String Bean saved the day! With only 3 weeks left before our wedding we finalized the menu. We gave the team at the String Bean the freedom to make whatever they thought would be best and the food was executed perfectly. It was absolutely delicious, hot, plentiful, and the portions were perfect. The entire meal was the ideal balance to satisfy all needs from the gourmet palate, to the vegetarian, to those who were gluten free. Thank you Chad and The String Bean for making our wedding meal one to remember.
